Hi, I’m Aleks,

A registered dietitian with over 9 years of experience supporting people with IBS, digestive health challenges, and disordered eating.

I hold a BSc in Dietetics and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, and I’m certified in the Low FODMAP diet for IBS through Monash University. I’ve also trained in gut-brain therapies, including gut-directed hypnotherapy and CBT-informed nutrition for GI disorders.
