You plan around bloating, urgency or constipation.
A work morning, journey or meal out can involve checking toilets, choosing clothes or worrying about what happens after eating.
You’ve changed your diet and tried supplements, but you’re still unsure what helps. Perhaps you skip lunch to avoid symptoms or spend meetings worrying about needing the toilet.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to understand what affects your symptoms, test changes and build eating routines around your working day. You’ll have personalised support to adjust your plan—so you can work towards fewer disruptions and more freedom with food.
15 minutes online to discuss your situation and whether the programme is suitable for you. No obligation to enrol.

Three different starting points, with support tailored to each person.
Julia reported more regular bowel movements, a wider range of tolerated foods and greater confidence managing IBS.
“I felt very supported the whole way.”
Constipation, daily bloating and food uncertainty affected her work and social life. We worked on bowel regularity, meal structure and structured FODMAP reintroductions to understand her tolerances.
After more than 13 years of IBS, Sabrina reported eating two to three meals a day, feeling less bloated and beginning to have regular bowel movements.
“I’m definitely less bloated and I’m happy I’m eating other things.”
Food choices had become increasingly limited, and maintaining regular eating routines was difficult. We focused on making regular meals more manageable and building a more varied, sustainable way of eating.
Amanda reported significantly fewer IBS flares and greater confidence making food choices and preparing to eat out.
“She provided excellent support, answering all my questions.”
Amanda wanted to understand her triggers. Personalised guidance, practical planning and structured reintroductions helped her explore her food tolerances and build confidence.

Your approach depends on your assessment. We don’t automatically start with removing more foods. If a structured dietary approach is appropriate, we’ll discuss what it involves and how to review and personalise it.
